Licensing activities to implement the wholesale trade is khokimiyats cities (districts) in place of state registration of legal entities.

Documents required to get the service:

a) the application for a license with the name and organizational-legal form of legal entity , its location ( postal address ) , name of the institution bank and a bank account , the licensed activity ;

b) a copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity;

c) a copy of the document evidencing the presence of the formed authorized capital of not less than 3500 times the minimum wage , including bank document on making funds at least 1200 times the minimum wage;

d) a document confirming payment of the consideration by the licensing authority of a license .

Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 21 September 2005 № PP-186 "On the reduction of species and simplification of licensing procedures for doing business"; Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On approval of the Regulation on licensing activities to implement the wholesale" № 242 of November 5, 2005

Cost and method of payment for the service:

For consideration by the licensing body of the application of the license applicant a fee of 50 percent of the minimum wage.

Period of dealing with an application:

Term review of the documents and the decision to grant or refuse to grant a license for wholesale trade is two working days from the date of receipt of the application and all necessary documents to obtain a license.

Personally.

Result of the service:

License to engage in wholesale trade is issued for an indefinite period.

Reasons for refusal:

The license may be refused on the grounds provided for in Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing certain types of activities."

Order of appeal:

The license applicant has the right to appeal against the decision to refuse to issue a license, as well as actions (inaction) of an official of the licensing authority in the manner prescribed by law.
